If you do not arrive for the jump at the agreed time and do not give notice at least two days in advance, the jump will be considered completed, and we will not be able to offer you a new time or refund your money. If you used a gift card as payment, it will be considered used in this case. You have the option to change the jump time by email no later than two days before the jump. If you request a change more than once, we reserve the right to require a fee of 40€ as a condition for rescheduling.
The price of the jump includes: training (airfield rental, licensing, instructor’s work, etc.), equipment rental (packing, maintenance), a seat on the plane, and so on.
If you refuse to jump while in the plane, the payment is non-refundable.
If the jump could not be completed due to weather conditions or other factors, the jump date will be rescheduled — complaints are not accepted. Changing the jump time does not entitle you to a refund. Each case may be considered individually.
The tandem jump video is sent to the client’s email within 5 working days.
